We recently had Universal install quartz kitchen counters. Overall a great experience. The sales rep, Dale Cooper, was helpful & friendly. The selection was great, and price was competitive. They kept us informed of the schedule for templating & then installation, & both tasks were done on schedule. Their install crew, headed by Luis, were polite, friendly, & efficient. We did have to call them back to fix a minor ding in the top that was missed. They promptly scheduled the fix and quickly came out to take care of it. No muss, no fuss. I rarely give the highest of praise, but Universal earned 5 stars from us. Thanks Dale, Thanks Luis!

I'm writing to share our experience with Universal Stone. In a word, it was fantastic. We had good communication, good pricing and excellent workmanship. This was my first kitchen renovation, and we decided to do it ourselves to save money. I ordered the cabinets and had them delivered in July of 2024. After the design was done, I visited Universal Stone and met Vinny Simmano. She was friendly and really listened as we outlined our project objectives. She worked with us to help us save money by using a remnant that she already had in stock. We selected Calacatta Rafael, a beautiful stone that perfectly complemented our cabinets. We are new to the area and so lucky to find Universal Stone. Selection, pricing transparency, clear communication, great follow up, Beautiful install! We are super happy with the end result. We are still finishing our trim work but you can see from the pics and the instal was fast and efficient, great team! They even cut the vanity top to cap the knee wall at the end of the bath! Perfect!

This is our second experience working with Tracy Cooper at Universal Stone. Each time we can't say enough about how good she is! The whole team is amazing! From selecting the quartz, making the templet and the installation , Universal Stone is the place to go. The completion of the job doesn't end there. Tracy resent the quartz warranty that I had trouble locating and I know if there is any question I have she'll be available to answer it. Big thanks for making this part of the renovation so easy!

From start to finish they went above and beyond. I recently completed a gut job renovation on the main level of my home and when I tell you Universal Stone’s team is the only contractor I worked with that I had zero issues with. Their communication was prompt and courteous, they had one tiny snafu with the install but they fixed it immediately. Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, quality workmanship AND reasonably priced?! 10/10 would work with again and again and again.
