Yesterday our neighbors contracted this company to trim and clean their palm trees. In the process, their employees continuously and carelessly dropped trimmed palm fronds on our flowerbeds rather than taking a few more seconds to drop them into their adjacent waiting truck. This broke and trampled many of our plants. When contacted regarding the damage, the owner came out to inspect and agreed there was damage to the plants but was unwilling to compensate for any of it. Instead he then instructed his workers to "protect" the plants further by putting a ladder over the plants that were in danger, while in the process further crushing these plants. I would agree that they are a Very Professional Company who are doing dangerous work. They put their lives on the line. They do an amazing job. They gave a great quote . We have 22 palm tree, 4 big Canary palms that need pineappled as well as 2 TALL Mexican palms. They even trimmed our pigmy date palms at no cost! Big Kudos to these Guys. This company is very professional! I had two huge palm trees and a few tree stumps removed. They gave me the best price in town and made sure not to damage anything. They even put my dogs away so they couldn't run off. Thanks again Universal!
