We called last night because when we got home we had no water and they still came out to our home around 10:00 PM. They quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered it wasn’t actually the well or pump — it was a breaker problem. Instead of just leaving or telling us to call an electrician, he fixed the breaker and made sure our water system was working before leaving. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find. This is also a wonderful family-run business. A dad and daughter came out to help us and his other daughter handled dispatch. We have a 3 year old house and we didn’t have water. We called citrus pump in Inverness first and they quoted us $3-4 thousand dollars for a new pump. After the tech was here for 5 minutes. We called Sweet water well for a second opinion and the owner was out of town but had Kelvin from Universal waters come and assess the problem. Kelvin was here about 10 minutes and knowing we were quoted for a new pump had our water on in 10 min. He assessed every possible problem before just saying it was our pump. Our pressure valve was stuck…that’s it. We didn’t need a new pump. He saved us thousands and we only paid a small service fee. Extremely honest….will never use anyone else.
