In September, 5 impact sliders and storm door were installed and it was a great experience from start to finish. James was extremely professional throughout the entire process — modifying quotes as needed and walked me through different product options. His knowledge and transparency were very reassuring. The installation team was excellent as well. About 3–4 people came for the install, and they were very well coordinated, professional, diligent, and efficient. They worked with my work schedule, handled the permitting and inspection with the town, and returned afterward to complete the screen door installation. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get a date for a window repair. I was told by an employee that I should reach out to them after the turn of the year. I thought that was reasonable considering the holidays. So, I waited until the turn of the year. I have reached out a number of times for even a tentative date. Seems that the employee “K” is annoyed by my inquiries. I don’t understand why it would take so long.

Everyone I dealt with at Universal Window Solutions did a nice job. The sales process, installation, and follow up was professional. They came out twice after the job was completed to fix a couple of small issues. Very helpful.

Terrible experience. Still waiting almost a year to have 2 defective sliding glass doors replaced under warranty. They do not respond and push you off to other companies. Do not use them. Their products are garbage and they don't stand behind them. They claim they come with a 10 year warranty but it's pointless because they won't do anything for you if you have issues. Do not use this company.
