Met Chris at the home show along with several other vendors, who we had come to the house for quotes. Found Chris to be extremely responsive and professional, and his prices were in line with what we were able to spend. He took his time, speaking with us to find out what we wanted, and provided some great solutions. We ordered a new front door and French door. Once they arrived, installation was quick and seamless. They look great! So happy with the service Chris provided. Would highly recommend.

He was very professional and answered all of our questions about the windows and concerns that we had with the current COVID environment. Got quotes from 5 different window companies. Universal was the only one without high pressure questionable sales tactic ("sign immediately and you'll get this discount otherwise it'll just cost you more if you come back after you price shopped") or requiring minimum number of windows per order. I had one window that needed to be replaced and Universal was glad to handle a small job without forcing me to buy additional windows. In addition, Universal was the only one that had the fastest lead time compare to the others that had supply chain issues needing several months wait. Chris was easy to work with and the installation team was professional, able, and knowledgeable. I ended up ordering additional windows because it was a refreshing experience working with Universal.
