Overall had no issues parking here. Was trying to park at another garage nearby but ended up in this garage. Did stay at a nearby hotel. After reading reviews was very nervous about leaving the rental car here overnight, but it survived the night. No homeless, no boots on the wheel, no damage. Though I still wouldn't leave anything valuable in the car, but that's a given anywhere. When I went to exit there were two attendants at the exiting area who were there to help put my ticket in and put my card in. Ended up paying $25 for 24 hour parking.

Avoid if you can. I park there occasionally to visit a client in the office center. Have encountered drivers turning the ramps into a racetrack, people hotboxing in their car, and yesterday traces of feces in the entry area. The whole area is sketchy but this garage is not a good or safe place.

Parked here for DragonCon. Decent parking garage, if not a little expensive at $35, but the reservation system is awful. Do NOT book here ahead of time if you plan on staying out late. For some reason I cannot fathom, the reservations start at 2am, and end at 1am the next day. This means if you do not leave the garage by 1am sharp, they’ll charge you as if you’d stayed for an entire extra day. I left at 1:06am, and had to pay $35 dollars. Awful. Additionally, do not confuse this parking garage for the similarly-named Peachtree garage one block down. If you booked ahead and got a QR code, you should be able to just scan it to get in. If it isn’t working then you’re probably at the wrong garage. Tldr; Decent parking, a bit expensive, just do not under any circumstance reserve ahead of ti

I would like to discuss the very blatant disrespect that I received from customer service agent Rob on 12/15/24! Rob was VERY rude to me and when I tried to express that to him, he went off on me and accused me of trying to “get out of paying my ticket”. NO I was trying to let you know that your service is RUDE and disrespectful! He would not let me speak, kept talking over me then he accused me of yelling at him and he hung up on me. When I called back he accused ME of being rude when HE was the one that made false allegations against ME! I called a number to try and see if I can get the number to corporate and he said I had the wrong number and then hung up on me! I’m so disgusted by the service I received. Shouting at and berating a customer is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional

Entered by accident and needed to exit. Press the customer service button and she suggested that I make everyone behind me backup into traffic to let me out instead of opening the gate on her end. Useless CS rep
