In my opinion, a rude and unprofessional man was working the help button 08/23 at 2:40pm. My ticket would not work to open the gate and he insisted that it must have been someone else’s ticket and someone else paid and left 10 mins ago. When I calmly assured him this was my correct ticket, gave him the time, the date and ticket number- he rudely commented “ok but this is not how we do things”. Trying to remedy the situation, I offered to give my credit card info so I could be billed or personal information to help him out- He remains silent to open the gate then snidely say “you can go”. Sadly not the aggie way and I was honestly so confused.

Probably works well with a local pass installed. Definitely pay at one of the kiosks before you try to exit, so you don’t back up everyone else behind you. It’s a little low, so be prepared for your antenna to smack the overheads.

Easy to get to, ample parking especially for events. Plenty of disabled spots. Fast entry. Right across the street from Kyle field, northeast corner.
