Underground parking so it is a very tight fit for large trucks. Mid size SUVs or smaller is best for this location. Costs roughly $8 an hour if you get parking validation and any university of Maryland facility. Otherwise it is $20.

We've parked in this garage several times for Orioles games in 2025. It is a relatively short walk from Orioles Park and has always had availability - at a very reasonable rate. The garage is well lit and seems very secure. They take credit cards. The attendants have always been very courteous.

Huge parking garage and just a short walk to the UMM hospital entrance. Be aware, there are times when the garage is not available for visitors also, if there is a football or baseball game, the fee jumps to $20 flat fee. The UMM registration desk can validate your ticket which will give you a reduced rate.

Husband was giving a discount voucher from the oncology department at the hospital for $5 parking in the garage. Was informed by the parking garage attendant they aren't accepting those vouchers a anymore and was charged $12. They have lost our business will valet park for $5 from how on.
