Book using Spothero and use the QR code for entry and exit. It works well there. Sufficient parking on 2 levels.
Good location $12 per day using Spot Hero. Small parking space. Good location. Close to Harvard Square
spot hero price was $18 but pay later price charged at $33 which is ridiculous.
Used SpotHero to prepay for parking. Was able to get in fine by scanning the QR code, but it would not scan on the way out. The attendant was very rude and accused me of taking a ticket and not paying, even though I had the app visible with my reservation. I think I encountered the belligerent attendant that has been mentioned in several other reviews. Based on other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. Come on guys, get your scanners fixed and try to treat customers with more civility.
