We've been in our home for almost 15 years and have always wanted to have more outdoor living space, but somehow it never happened. When the time came when we realized that we could dedicate some resources to the job, we realized that we really needed some guidance from a professional to help us out. We found great reviews for Unlimited Landscaping and really awesome projects they'd completed on their website. I called and left a message that we wanted something but needed help in figuring out what that was. Within minutes, Duane called me back and assured me that helping folks figure out what works for three is part of the service they provide. Fast forward and we've met with Duane, who listened to all our hopes and concerns (about our old house and property) and he turned around with so

Truly exceptional service from Duane and his whole crew. The communication was thorough and Duane did a fantastic job executing our vision for our yard. He gave great insight about the layout, what kind of plants would work best, etc. I never once felt like he was trying to tack on extra services to increase the price of the job. He stuck to the original estimate he gave me- and was a very fair price. Every member of his crew was top notch also. Shout out to Jason who was always polite, kind, a fantastic worker, and always left the job site clean. Would recommend Duane and his crew to anyone, without hesitation!

The job started out great. Duane was responsive and friendly. Very easy to talk to. There were definitely some communication issues as the job progressed. I ended up very unhappy and now he has basically refused to come correct issues that he said he would. I would not recommend, and definitely will not be using their services in the future. Some of the problems could have been headed off if I had required more specific language in the contract. Be very careful of vague wording and get exact measurements in the contract language if you do decide to use them.. plus note- I was really really pleased with Sam and his team- the sub contractor that was used for masonry.
