I have been a customer of your lawn service for 3 years. However, my experience this season has been extremely disappointing. My lawn is currently the only one in the community with weeds—three different kinds—while neighboring lawns appear healthy and properly maintained. When I called to inquire, I was told a treatment had recently been done and that I would need to wait two weeks for another service. This response does not address the core issue: if treatment was actually performed, why does my lawn alone have widespread weeds? I requested a refund since the service promised is not being delivered. That request was denied. At this point, I have no choice but to dispute all charges for this year with my credit card company. Terrible service. After five years of paying Unlimited and still having weed problems, I called over a month ago asking for someone to come out and actually analyze my yard. I was told a manager would call me back—never happened. Their last visit lasted under 10 minutes, half the yard was skipped, the backyard wasn’t sprayed, and the weeds are still everywhere. After years of excuses, this company is lazy, unreliable, and a total waste of money.

some of the worst service i have ever encountered. a technician showed up to my home once a week throughout july, i have a little over a acre and every single time the technician would walk around my property, and treat nothing. they always tried to come very early in the morning - hoping i would not notice. when i asked to speak to a manager to remedy the situation they told me every single time "he is in the field and he will call me back." my lawn has now become riddled with weeds, brown and bare spots from not being treated with any fertilizer. in two weeks, i never received one call from anyone. I have been using them for 2 years now and my lawn has never been worse - weak grass and weeds everywhere. On couple of visits the technician didn’t even treated the back yard and I had to call them to send him back - they had to verified this first (using tracker) in order “not to over treat the lawn”. Needless to say I am canceling my service.

I recently signed up for Unlimited Lawn Care Services, and coincidentally, today was my first service. Mr. Taliq Lewis was extremely professional and kind as he answered my questions about the application being used. He offered helpful suggestions and took the time to walk me through what to expect with my ongoing services. To further my positive experience, I called the office to discuss my billing arrangements and spoke with Ms. Asia Williams, who was equally as professional. She clearly explained my billing dates and helped ensure everything was set up properly. It’s one thing to have a great product, but exceptional customer service truly makes the difference. I’m a client for the long run and will be referring Unlimited Lawn Care to all my friends and neighbors!
