I want to express my appreciation of the service that i have been receiving from UNLIMITED LAWN CARE. when i started with them several years ago, i didn't know if they could help me out with the problems that i was having. To my surprice, they was better than i expected. They nursed some of my shrubs back to pretty green life as well as treating my yard for mosquitoes. I can set on my back porch with no worries of being bitten or harassed by fying pest. Special thanks to the tech that came out this morning, Cullen Faulkner. He was so well-mannered. I am very happy with the service that Unlimited Lawn Care provided last season and I have signed up for service again this season. Shannon, my lawn care specialist, did a perfect job last year. I could not have asked for any better service that what he executed. I had a lot of difficult weeds and grasses to remove from the lawn (decently large area) and he got rid of them all in a systematic way without harming the bermuda lawn. He explained to me the plan in the beginning of the year and then executed it patiently and thoroughly by the completion of the season. My lawn still needs work on my end and I am looking forward working with Shannon (and Unlimited Lawn Care) to bring my lawn to the place I was envisioning it to be. In December 2025, I canceled my 1 year service plan (8 treatments) that I ordered and paid for in December 2024. The reason for my cancelation was that the weeds in my Bermuda grass had multiplied and were much worse than when I started. I brought this to the attention of both the service tech and home office but there were no changes in their actions. The second reason for a poor review is that they charged me for a 9th application of Lyme, prior to my 1 year term. When I initially called to cancel my 1 year service agreement, they said that they would remove the charge since I canceled before my year agreement was up. Do not set your account up for payment via auto draft. Billing Department makes unauthorized drafts and charges to your checking account. They also claim your bank rejected monthly auto drafts when bank did not reject the payment. In my case, Unlimited Lawn Care changed my payment history on their website to reflect unauthorized charges were not made and payments my bank made had not been received. My bank balance did not agree with ULC’s false allegation. I messaged them numerous times online and called. Was told a manager would have to handle my issues. A manager never called after 10 days and multiple requests. I finally was emailed by ULC and asked to call them before they would cancel service. Don’t waste your money. They wanted to aerate my fescue lawn in June. Weeds everywhere. Called to discuss my concerns and was told the local manager would reach out. Waited three days, no call. Canceled service. Better options available. In response to your reply, check your records. You did a call out service, noted the weed growth, said you would return when temperatures were lower the following week. Nothing was treated. Never returned, I placed three calls over a two-three week time frame with concerns, the last was escalated to the local manager, who never returned the call over the span of three days.
