If I could write a review and give them NO stars, I would Absolutely horrible from moment one It cost thousands more than said It took them 45 days to FINALLY get my furniture to me I am waiting now on day 3. It is 5:30 on day 3. Been waiting since 8 am Yesterday they were in a different state from my state I haven’t received my items yet, but with past reviews, I don’t hold out much hope for everything to be in good condition. I will be taking this as far as I can take with the Better Business Bureau and also a possible lawsuit against this company. The total incompetence of every single person that works there is just mind-boggling hopefully other people will read this before using this company if you have to use the other more known expensive companies use them because trust me this com

We received an Interstate quote of ~$7200 by Value Added Moving company. The day of our move contracted movers, Unlimited Moving and Storage, showed up. We had no idea contractors were being hired without representation from the Value Added Moving company who provided us the original quote. The crew of Unlimited Moving and Storage packed & loaded the trucks with all our furniture and boxes; we were charged approximately another $8820 (that was over the $7200 which we were quoted) what we supposed to do? They had all our possessions on trucks, so with no other choice - we paid them. Not only did we never hear back from Value Added Moving to see how the services and move went, I emailed them an extensive list of $1000’s of dollars of damaged pieces. This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned

They took about $3000 or more due to time sensitivity. Not much stuff was packed into the truck compared to what was planned and quoted. It was delivered late due to going from Chicago to Dallas, with it sitting in a warehouse or something in between, and also delivered in my absence while I was at work, under threat that otherwise I wouldn't receive my things for another month or two. I came home to find 3 treasured wall art pieces missing, my large TV missing, and a few items in poor shape. When reporting the TV and 1-2 art pieces, I was given false promises that they'd at least give me $50 for the TV, I went through a lengthy claims process, and in the end I was only offered a few dollars. Honestly, the amount I went through to be denied at the end on top of my loss was ridiculous. The

Bait and switch. The worst experience in my life. I'm 70 years old. A single grandma and have been taken in on a scam. Quoted one price, By the time some of my items in the truck half the items not taken and twice the price. Adived them to cancel due to the bad faith and bait and switch, but they refused. I tried to adise them that they were 3 days late on picking up items and I was quoted 1/3 the price. Even though gave an exact total number of items and measuements and was given a price. This is ongoing and has not been settled. Was told I would have my items delivered in 4 days from the date they were to originally pick them up, That was changed to 14.
