Called this morning they sent out a technician out right away, they changed out a Defiant double cylinder deadbolt on my front entry gate without a problem. Original invoice they emailed me was for $900.00. Told the technician to remove it, I was not paying that amount. Settled on $200.00 which is still to high to replace a less than $20.00 deadbolt.

The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. They not only helped me get back into my home quickly but also offered additional tips on how to improve my home security, which I found very helpful.
