They build these houses so fast that they don't complete everything or measure things correctly. I tried to wait before doing this review I thought I would be able to change the way I feel, however the floors was cut incorrectly. They sent someone (under my homeowner warranty) to fix the floor the guy came out and cut the floor and advise that he would be back to finish left the floor with painters tape on it, 2 months later the tape is still on the floor. I've called done 4-5 warranty repair request and have not heard back. This is by far the worst homeowner experince I've have had to face. Legal options coming next because this is a part of the warranty.

1. The advertisement stated the road in the neighborhood was publicly maintained. They also assured me there were no covenants or HOA. After living there 2 months a neighbor brings by the neighborhood covenants and makes me aware that the road is privately maintained. I have the ad. UB then proceeded to change it on their website/ MLS. My water turns everything orange. Was not potable when I moved in. It was da4k tan/brown cloudy. The well company put screening at 35 ft in my 75 ft well. Cutting corners. This is a health issue as well it deteriorating my appliances lifespan. Staining the fixtures and all water related items in my new home. 3. Bathtub never has drained. 4. Cabinet hinges do not work they keep breaking 5. No outside electrical outlet by the ac unit. I was a homeless veteran. A VA rep put me in touch with Honor Ridge and Unshakeable Builders. They worked with me and now I have a place to call my home. No more living in my car. My home is clean and pleasant. When I was in the Marines I never thought I could become homeless. The people at Honor Ridge are mostly veterans and I identify with them. My neighbors are all veterans. The people at Unshakable Builders really do care. They are not just my landlord they helped me when I needed help. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that folks like this really do care about our veterans and what happens to them. These people are one of a kind and I thank every single one of them. I love my home and my life has changed.

My husband and I had Unshakable build our home. This was our first time building; we were nervous about the process BUT we knew what we wanted and knew what we could afford. After several consults with other builders, we chose UB who made it happen – they were both professional and easy to talk with about our vision. This is a great group of folks who take pride in their work and pleasing the customer. Throughout the whole process, we put our trust in them and we were definitely not let down! Deadlines were met (sometimes sooner), budget stayed in place, and their quality of building exceeded our expectations. This company is untrustworthy...they built a home in our neighborhood that has a private drive. They totally destroyed the road with heavy equipment! The owner of unshakable builders gave his word that he would repair the road after construction was complete! It has been over 2 months now and he will not return phone calls or emails! ...not to mention the issues that the new residents had! They say they are a Christian company!!!!so now we have to take legal action!....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
