When the technician arrived, not only was he unprofessional, but he made blatantly racist comments—telling me that I "don’t belong in this neighborhood" because I’m not white. That kind of language is hateful, unacceptable, and has no place in any business, let alone one that enters people’s homes. No one should ever be made to feel unsafe or unwelcome because of their race. I expected a cleaning service, not a verbal attack on my identity. I strongly urge others—especially people of color—to avoid this company at all costs. Racism should never be tolerated or brushed aside
