Do yourself a favor and call Korey. Not only did he give me his expert advice on how to handle my problem and how he could fix it, he charged me a very fair price that was 1/3 the price of my pest service provider. Super personable guy, was very quick to answer the phone and get me on the schedule. Showed up when he said he would, did an exceptional job. Thank You very much Korey.

Korey is amazing! He is knowledgeable and polite and I felt at ease immediately upon meeting him. He was prompt in returning my call and was able to come the next day to help me with mice. I highly recommend him. Don’t bother with Orkin or Terminix….call Korey!

We had an issue with flying squirrels in our home in Grafton. I reached out to Upland on a Friday and explained the situation to Korie. He came out later that day, did a thorough examination of our home and found the sources where the squirrels (and apparently bats as well) were getting in. Because of the pitch of our roof he needed to have a helper and came back on a Sunday to get the one way traps set and to seal off all entry points in our home. Korie is thorough, explains things and the expected outcome and guarantees his work for 5 years. And he’s a heck of a nice guy! I would highly recommend him.

This morning I discovered a snake in my kitchen! I called Uplands and Corey came over right away! He was courteous, polite, and very professional. He removed the snake swiftly and carefully. I would recommend him and this company to anyone who may need their services.
