Upright Garage Door and Gate

I own M&M Automotive in North Phoenix. Monday morning started off with a garage door that would not open because of a broken spring. I called Upright and they sent someone over in less than an hour. Unfortunately they did not stock my spring and had other appointments already booked for the afternoon. They were able to replace the springs first thing Tuesday and I feel their price was fair. The technician was excellent.

I've had problems over the years with my garage door opener and have had a couple different companies come out but nothing seemed to work. I decided to give Upright Garage a try and I couldn't be more thrilled. Josh and Rod were extremely professional and friendly, they took care of everything and were fairly priced. I'd be more than happy to recommend them to my closest friends and family. Great job guys!

My garage door stopped working on a Saturday afternoon due to broken torsion springs, I called UpRight and was surprised to have Rod pick up my call on a weekend afternoon. He quoted me $225.00 to repair the broken springs and I called back a few days later to schedule an appointment. Rod was very accommodating and friendly, Alex was my service technician at the appointment and he was just equally pleasant. He notified me that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay for him to stop by before our appointment time. Alex performed the service without trying to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs and stuck to the quoted price. I highly recommend these guys for your garage repairs needs.

Awesome service. Our gate just stopped working and I found this company on google. Lucky us the repairman/owner was great. He helped me get the gate closed until he was able to come and replace the old cheap broken one that came with the house to a more reliable brand name version. He was also able to reconnected to our existing app and my gate is now fully functioning and better than new. Thanks!
