I am so satisfied with my deck and Upscale Renovations. Hector (owner) is very talented and knows what he is doing. He listened to me and gave me what I wanted. He even helped with the inspection and followed up after completion to make sure everything was OK and I was still happy. I am currently having him replace my fence, which fell due to windstorm, and he put up privacy plastic while cement was drying. Then we had an unexpected windstorm and snow. Plastic came loose in one section, and Hector immediately came over to tie things down. He definitely goes above and beyond and takes a lot of pride in his work and in giving you exactly what you want. I definitely would recommend Upscale Renovations.

Héctor & Cloe are wonderful people to work with! I needed a new roof and thought it was the perfect time to have the roof built out to extend over the deck. The experience was the best one l've ever had working with a contractor! He communicated with me throughout the entire project, showing me pictures of before, during and after! That communication is GOLD! Héctor's crew was continuously hard working, respectful and so quick! The 2 roof tear-off and the completed new roof and huge clean-up was done in 15 hours total! And very reasonably priced! I am now saving money to have Héctor do some other projects for me! I cannot recommend them enough!
