Upstairs Downstairs Cleaning

Last summer my long time cleaner became unavailable for some time. I turned to Upstairs Downstairs Cleaning and was able to continue a regular cleaning schedule. Jen was well organized, a pleasure to deal with and accommodating for schedule changes. The crew who came to clean were very nice and did a good job. I highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs Cleaning.

OMG, I just moved into Hamilton and this cleaning service was recommended to me. My cleaning crew of Susie, Tai and Lineth far exceeded my expectations. Very professional. Loved coming home from work on cleaning day to a fresh and clean apartment. Feels better than a mani pedi for less cost. Treat yourself to house cleaning by Upstairs Downstairs. You won’t regret it!

Started off well but consistently went downhill. The two people are in my house for less than an hour and my house is fairly large. The cleaning looks like a rush job. Today my kitchen floor wasn't swept or mopped. Not sure how you can miss that. Toilets are not wiped down, mirrors in the bathrooms are not wiped, steps were not swept and the list goes on. Management doesn't bother to do any quality control and check in with their customers. Don't waste your time and money.

Upstairs Downstairs Cleaning did an excellent job. This is the first time I used a cleaning service and I'm so glad I chose them. The crew was professional and friendly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
