We had a great experience. Andrew was wonderful to work with being knowledgeable and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They completed a full encapsulation and drainage, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The price felt very fair for the quality of work. I had a water issue in my crawl space and called multiple companies to help me diagnose and fix my problem. The majority of the companies gave me their high-pressure sales pitch and tried to sell me solutions that were over the top and unnecessary. I felt like Andrew was the most honest with me, and so I hired him to fix my crawl space. Andrew installed proper drainage, a sump pump, and a high quality vapor barrier in my crawl space. Now, I no longer have to worry when it rains. Andrew was very professional, honest, low-pressure, and kept me updated throughout the process. My water issues also caused mold to grow in my crawl space, and I will be hiring Andrew to do all the remediation as Phase 2 of the project. We’re very thankful for Andrew coming out and fixing up our crawl space! We had a very damp crawl space in our new home, with insulation falling down and an incorrectly installed (and in some places non-existent) vapor barrier. I have some chronic illness and immune system issues, so getting rid of the moisture in our home was very important to us. Upstate Crawl Spaces offered us the most competitive price for the work needed out of the 5 or so companies I contacted, and got rid of our old insulation and installed a vapor barrier and dehumidifier. Andrew was great with answering questions and was willing to get us the different brand and type of dehumidifier that we requested. Highly recommend them!

We had an outstanding experience with Upstate Crawl Spaces. We had several companies quote on installing a French drain, sump pump and vapor barrier for my crawl space. The detailed quote was more than competitive with all-inclusive pricing (i.e. no surprises) along better materials such as 10mm vapor barrier as standard. They were knowledgeable, professional, and maintained great communication throughout the project. They completed everything on budget even though it took a bit longer to complete the project. The entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended if you want done something done right.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and kind enough to answer all of my questions about the crawl space. Never made me feel dumb for asking a question, and didn't try to sell me on something beyond what may have been necessary - and I appreciate both of those things. I had a vapor barrier installed and everything looks nice and clean down there now. Would recommend!
