Could not recommend this company more! Came out promptly when we discovered a mama raccoon and her babies living in our attic. He set a trap and came back to collect mama and went into the attic to find the babies. Wonderful service and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about wildlife! Gave us all sorts of tips for other wildlife issues we encounter…mice, groundhogs, snakes etc!

Literally the best! Called for the removal of a bat we found in the basement, he came out literally within the hour and got it taken care of for us! Took him about 2 minutes and he was in and out! Quickest service ever, kind gentlemen, wonderful service!

Tom is great to work with! I called about a raccoon in my yard and he was at my house within an hour. He realized that the raccoon was injured and found a rehab facility for the little guy. He is even going to keep me up to date on how the raccoon is doing in rehab 😁. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. Highly recommend!!

I could not be more grateful to Tom at Upstate Wildlife Rescue. First of all, he returned my call within minutes of me leaving a message. He had another stop to make before ours, but he kept in touch with me via text messages to let me know exactly when he would be to our house. He was at our house approximately one hour after me contacting him. We had a squirrel caught in a cage fence and there was no way my husband and I could release the squirrel. He was caught with no way to get out, and surely would have died. It only took Tom a minute to assess the situation and release that poor animal without any further damage to the animal or the cage, (which I really didn’t care that much about. I was more concerned about the squirrel). Tom was friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to speak
