Absolutely wonderful company. They were super quick and took care of EVERYTHING! We lost our power from a tree falling and we had it all fixed and finished with power back on the very next day! Thank you so much!

A drainage issue caused one of the utility poles on our property to rot at the base and it was leaning dangerously. National Grid performed an inspection, but they couldn't fix it because it wasn't "one of theirs." We then contacted Upstate Pole Services and Will got in touch immediately to schedule an inspection. Thankfully, Will's team came out to replace and relocate our pole in less than a week. We were very happy with the professionalism and effective communication of the team. While the pole was being replaced, there was a change of plans and a support feature was no longer needed for the new pole.
