Rafael from Upstate Professional Contractors came out to our home for an estimate for a two car garage that we were looking to add to our property. We discussed plans that he said he would draw up a draft for us as well as provide us with a quote for building materials and labor. I followed up with him after a week and a half of not hearing any updates and he said he would have estimates for me by the end of that week. Now over a month has passed and I have not heard any updates from Rafael since I reached out to him. I feel like he did not want the job and just never updated me or told me a reason why. Please be open and honest with your customers and do not lead them on and promise them quotes for a job that you do not plan to follow up on.

Very pleased with the work Upstate did on our home- they were timely, efficient (finished quicker than original estimate), courteous, and neat. no surprise charges at all; we look forward to working with them again in the future!
