I couldn't be happier with the outstanding job Javier did replacing the carpet with LVP flooring in my home. His work was precise, efficient and exceeded my expectations.

After 6 months of moving into my new home, the lvp flooring began to crack, especially in doorways and thresholds. In addition, numerous soft spots starting appearing, causing the floor to sag when walked on. I called several flooring contractors and ultimately hired Javier. His pricing was good, but more importantly, it was clear that Javier knew his craft. He’s not a wannabe handyman who learned the basics on a YouTube video. The previous owners had left me a lot of extra lvp, so I had that covered. To save me money, Javier suggested that I pick up the remaining necessary materials, what was needed to fill in those sagging spots. He only charges a small fee to pick up materials himself, but every penny matters in this economy and I appreciated that he was looking out for my bottom dollar
