We were able to select a door on the spot (because Bill had product brochures with him) and receive a bid within hours which clearly described the project & was fairly priced (not the gouging going on by so many using hurricane & tariffs as reasons) with reasonable deposit payment. They were great! They installed a new garage door system, showed us how to use it. When we had a problem with the equipment more than a year later, they were prompt, responsive, and friendly. They came out right away, made all the necessary repairs which were still under warranty. Cannot recommend them enough! You won’t go wrong.

Uptown Garage did a great job for my wife and I. Our old garage door was rickety and the motor was blown out in the unit. Terry came out and did our estimate and was awesome. Even though we hadn't signed a contract or anything, he made our old door more manageable in the meantime before we could get a new door in. When we did decide to go with Uptown to fix the door, Terry and Evan came out and replaced the door and unit and did a fantastic job. A functioning garage door seems like a small thing, but it's a definite quality of life bump for us! Would recommend Uptown to anyone in St. Pete without reservation.
