After 22 years of supporting local Plant City businesses, we made a significant error in choosing UR Cabinets for a custom cabinetry project. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company for any custom work. We contracted and paid in full for solid wood cabinets; what was delivered was not solid wood. Despite this, the company initially denied any issue. Their own installer confirmed the materials were plywood after modifying the cabinets, an action that voided our warranty.
