I was referred to Ciprian by my local Home Depot. He spent a lot of time discussing flooring options with us and was always prompt and reliable with his appointments. He did a great job installing the flooring that we picked out for our home. Worked very hard and was very tidy as well. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

All I can say is HIRE this company!!!! I searched for someone to install railings on my front porch for over a month. I decided to go to Home Depot to price the railings that I wanted. During my visit I mentioned to an associate that I wanted railings installed but I haven’t found someone to do the job. The employee recommended using a Home Depot approved contractor and he provided me with a telephone number to call. The first company to reach out to me was Urban Craft Home Improvement LLC. The owner came the same day to inspect my steps. He told me exactly what I needed to buy and encouraged me to call him if I was unsure about anything. I have used Ciprian for almost 3 years now. I met him at my friend's house 4 years ago, he was renovating my friend's house from top to bottom: refinished the wood floor, installed a new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms and all new doors, also painted the whole interior. Over the years, Ciprian had done various work for me: finished my basement including recess lighting, changed the 3 handle bathtub faucets to single handle, then he replaced the missing tiles, and covered the holes ( regular plumber does not do tile work), replaced doors, ceiling lights, vanities, toilets, broken pipes, etc. I am always happy with his work, he is also tidy, I have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who needs renovation, or some repair / maintenance work inside the house.
