We wanted to replace our bedroom carpet with some updated patterned carpet that would show little traffic and vacuum patterns. Our daughter had used Urban Flooring and we loved the carpet they choose so contacted them. Austin at Urban Flooring helped us pick out some carpet that we absolutely love! He listened to what our wants/needs were, gave us nemerous choices and gave us sample to take home and decide upon. Everyone we encountered at Urban Flooring was kind and highly professional. We were communicated with throughout the process,and followed up with to make sure we were satisfied with our service, selection and needs. When I called to ask about reinstalling the carpet along some newly built in cabinets, Austin was super helpful! He gave me a quote right away and had his guys out just a few days later. They did a great job restretching and installing the carpet, and they worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys!

We have used Urban Flooring twice now for two different projects and they have been amazing to work with both times. We just did a large basement carpet install and chose a patterned carpet. I was a little nervous on how the seams would line up but I can’t even see them! We worked with Austin who was amazing to work with! We will always use them for our flooring needs!

Austin and the team at Urban Flooring are phenomenal to work with. Spectacular customer service, prompt communication, professional installers, unbeatable prices, and lovely hardwood floors! One year ago, we did a major remodel and couldn’t be happier with the hardwood (red oak) floors they installed then. We have a 111 year old home; we preserved the original hardwood in the living room and dining room, and Urban Flooring laid brand new hardwood in the adjacent kitchen and hallway. The transition is seamless. It is truly remarkable! We shopped around quite a bit and are so glad we chose Urban Flooring. (To be honest, I haven’t given a single company we used in the remodel 5 stars. Urban Flooring earned it!)

My wife and I were moving to Iowa from out of state. The home we bought needed the carpet replaced due to pet urine. When our relator reached out to Austin for a quote for carpet replacement, he promptly provided us a competitive quote. Once we closed on the home without delay the old carpet was removed and replaced, additionally treatment was performed for pet odor.
