Excellent service from start to finish! Ross explained everything clearly, and helped us get to the issue quickly and professionally and my heating system is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

New mini split, took less than one day. These guys are great! We also used them for our central air two year ago. That’s still running perfectly as well.

I would give Brandon 6 stars if I could - Urban services our generator which was having a plethora of issues during today’s storm. Brandon helped me each step of the way over the phone. He was patient, polite and most of all knowledgeable! I was able to get things up and running with his help. Above and beyond the call of duty when needed the most!!!

Kevin did a great job changing over the zone valves from direct wire to between each thermostat and zone valve. Each thermostat now connects to a four zone controller The 4 zone controller direct wires to each zone valve. The installation is super clean and should resolve our past issues we had with intermittent zone valve operation Job area was left cleaner than he found Highly recommend Urban Heating and HVAC
