I hired Urban H/AC to do annual maintenance on my 5- and 2-ton heat pumps. They are very close to my neighborhood and had good reviews. Brittany dispatched Steve to do the job. Steve was thorough and efficient with his maintenance check. In good time he blessed our units and said they are doing what they are supposed to. He even spent a little time giving me a requested lesson in HVAC maintenance when he was done. Yay Urban!

Have known these guys for many years and have worked closely with them at my place of employment. Recently had them upsize my unit at my home due to the old one not keeping up during the heat of the summer. The new system runs perfect and keeps up as it should. Replacement was quick and easy. Our AC decided to die right as summer's first 100° days hit. We had another AC company come out and, while they did diagnose the problem, they did not want to work this particular brand. We needed a Ruud dealer and saw Urban Heating & Air was an authorized contractor. I called on Monday morning and spoke with Christi. She was super helpful and after I sent her a picture of the model and make and told her the part that was needed, she told me she would check if they could get the part. When I got home from work, she texted me to let me know the guys would be here by 7:30am the next day. Barry arrived by 7:15 and had my AC up and running again by 9:45! I highly recommend Urban Air & Heating. Excellent and fast service with a friendly and responsive staff.
