I am an installer, and met this company at a trade show. I have installed LVP flooring for many companies. Our first job with their product started to lift at the corners after only 4 months in a residence. We installed the product correctly, and visibly, all seams where tight also. When I had a claim in June 2020, for an Feb 2020 install, they said it was our fault, yet we had a well installed floor with all seams tight. They make a product that cannot be determined if it is completely clicked together, even when it looks perfectly installed. I honor my customers if we ever do something wrong, yet this mfg does not care about it's customers.
