Vincent W from UrbaneX is extremely informative and professional when it comes to pest control. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment process from start to finish. We have had a few different pest control companies but I am thrilled with the customer service from Urbanex. I don't do ants. At all. Matt went above and beyond to find the source of where these uninvited guests were coming from. He then put out baits for that colony and sprayed everywhere. I know it'll be a few days to see a difference but I'm at least hopeful I won't have to check everything for an ant, soon!! Thank you!

Michael L did a great job at my home this morning. He spent time de-webbing and took special care of our screened in porch. I was very happy with his work and am happy with Urbanex over all.

After giving them a few months and 3 trips out to my house, I'm done. I pay for a service and I would like it completed. I can understand if there is a web or two missed but again, there are MANY! My front porch was 100% missed and some other areas also. This is NOT the first time. While the employees behind the desk have tried to rectify the situation the first time, mind you with many called and feedback. I'm over them. Sure, the guy that came out was nice, pleasant to speak with, had great manners. He apologized for not giving me my 30 minute call ahead, however the workman ship isn't there. I had to call and schedule my routine visit because apparently they weren't going to. She even told me I was past due. I'm better off saving the money and doing it myself.

The tech that was at my house did a great job even in the rain. Appreciate them coming out in the awful weather. Would recommend any one who needs help with critters to call them. They are number 1 on my list and so was the tech. He was real polite and done a great job.
