I wish I can give zero star. I have to share my bad experience with the sales coordinator. The conversation is very unpleasant and disappointed. Because the floor I want is discontinued, the retailing store has to order from manufacturer. I contacted this urban floor sales coordinator, she told me that the products couldn’t be sold and shipped directly to the customer. Ok, it’s fine, a store which is located in Southern California (I’m living in Northern California), they would like to help me place an order, then I can schedule a time to pick up. You know what she responded to me by email, she said “you are UNABLE to do that. We will refuse your order”. Exactly same words like this.
