I’m so happy with my new countertops! The team was friendly, patient, and truly cared about getting everything just right. The quality is beautiful and the install was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great work and great people.

The UrbanSource team were wonderful and easy to work with. They have a wide variety of stone to choose from, including a nice selection of remnants, with seemingly no project being too small. They made sure the final install was to my liking and were even willing to recut a small section that didnt turn out as expected. The crews were timely and careful. Their prices are great and beat the competition. I highly recommend them if you need counters done in the triangle.

I recently had them do a 2nd job for me. In 2022 they replaced the counters in my kitchen. Now they created granite counters for my primary bathroom and hallway bathrooms, a granite mantel for the fireplace and a ledge in the primary bathroom. Results are beautiful. They all look so great. All of the staff (office, warehouse, installers and measurement tech) are extremely patient and professional. They worked with me while I created my vision and had helpful suggestions. Prices were very reasonable in my opinion.

The front staff were easy to work with. They solved an issue and helped me work through it. The technician that came to measure was very thoughtful and detailed. The installers were terrific and professional. My countertops are beautiful, and I had a great experience with Urban source countertops. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

From the beginning the service with Artelye was wonderful. My wife and I went into the facility on a Saturday which, in our opinion, was the best time to go. It was quiet as the machines are not in use on Saturday. The representative was amazing. Within seconds she knew exactly what we were looking for in our kitchen. After picking the style we were interested in the measuring process in our house was smooth and informative. The gentleman informed me of the care and maintenance needed for our specific type/color of granite and also made other suggestions regarding the installation while he was there.
