Urgent Island Restoration

I just want to commend this company for their customer service and the quality of work that they did. We had some mold growing around our kitchen vent and they did an excellent job of cutting it out, installing new drywall in the ceiling and repainting it to match so the repair looks seamless. While working, they discovered a problem with the HVAC insulation, and instead of just putting in drywall to finish the job and be done with it, they had an HVAC guy come and install new insulation to be sure that this was done correctly—even if it slowed them down by 2 days. I think this shows that they have some integrity, because they could’ve just covered it up and we would’ve never known, but they wanted to be smart about doing this the right way to prevent future water damage. Incredible crew! I can not express how much they were customer friendly and flexible with scheduling. Did a great job on drying water damage on our floors and in the ceilings. They were very thorough and made sure it was completely dried. Highly recommend them!

My house had a serious black mold problem and our main man Cam, as well as Demetrio and Dylan came in and killed it!! They tore out all the dry wall that was affected, they had to take our whole bathroom apart and redo everything. They didn’t do any unnecessary removal and they rebuilt it better than it ever was. They were the coolest most professional people I’ve ever interacted with when it comes to housing maintenance. I have two dogs and two small children and they were so accommodating and understanding when it came to not disrupting their daily schedule I was amazed and relieved. Thank yall.

Demetrio and Brodie were tasked with a pretty big list of repairs in our property. They did outstanding work for starters and everything got taken care of that we asked of them. With that being said, I want to add that Demetrio is an extremely valuable asset to whoever he works for. Not only does he do good work, but he noticed some things that I was attempting to do myself in the house and would give me pointers and better ways to do things. He would even show me some of his techniques to make something look more cherry. I really appreciated and respected that he could take the time to just impart some knowledge and technique to help a person out. That’s more valuable than any dollar amount a restoration could cost. UIR came to our rescue after some internal flooding during a recent storm. They sealed our bathroom up from the elements, then finished the job over 2 additional days. The price was right, but the team of Liko and Michael were probably the best part of our interaction with UIR. We would highly recommend using them for urgent and non-urgent home restoration and repairs!
