Positive experience with employee but the Worst with manager. A employee was polite and kind. I was very surprised that they was using 1970's small calculator for adding a number of items and then charged with credit card machine. I guess they could make mistakes easily with the calculator. Manager called me 2 days later and asked my credit card number because I got undercharged about $99. He rushed and asked CC number immediately because he had to close weekly sales report in 30 mins. But I could not because I needed the time for reviewing the receipt, but he kept pushing me to share the CC with him in very rude. I wish they apologized their mistake first and asked me to visit their store to make the payment.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with US Airconditiong Escondido! Customer service is awesome! The manager Eric Piercy and his crew are always willing to go the extra mile to provide my company what I need! and if it is not in stock he arranges for it to be in store or delivered in a timely manner.

I've known Eric for years every time that i stop by to get supplies or equipment he is willing to help very helpful and cool guy.

Manager at this brach sucks, he's never able to help you, no costumer service skills at all. We miss old management.
