US Air Heating & Air Conditioning

My first scheduled appointment did not show in the set time slot, and the office did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I call them and reschedule and this time the technician does come and look at my unit. He was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Gave me advice on what he thought I should do based on what he thought my issue was. He told me the office would be back to in 1-2 days at the latest for a quote. Several phone calls to the office and almost a month later and I still have no quote or even a call from the office after being assured that "this time we will get it to you" I call again this morning just to tell them to not worry about it. And the representative I spoke with looked at my account and said that a no one has even started to work on a quote lol. E

I called U.S. Air at 8:15 am due to compressor fan not running on my Trane unit. The technician (Kyle Haynes) arrived before 10:00 am, diagnosed and repaired unit (bad capacitor). Kyle was completely courteous and professional. Price was reasonable, especially for an “emergency” repair. I will definitely be using them again.

Tammy was professional, courteous, and responsive to my HVAC concerns. Kyle showed up on time, diagnosed and corrected the problems with my air conditioning quickly, and left the area without a trace that he had been working on it. Having lived in the area over 20 years, I would definitely recommended this company over any of their competitors. Thank you so much for the excellent service US Air!

Our heating unit went out during an arctic freeze. We spent two miserable nights trying to stay warm. Rather than wait through the weekend, USAir managed to get our new unit installed on Friday afternoon. We are so grateful for the prompt, courteous, professional service we received. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner to the servicemen served us well. This company was recommended by our relative, and it was certainly a good recommendation.

We are only 5 minutes from their shop. So we were loyal customers. Not any more. The drain pan filled with water and the unit cut out. They send a guy over. He spent less than 5 minutes at the house, blew out the drain line with a can of compressed air and did not even look at the unit. They charged us over $120 for a "comprehensive examination". A week later the drain pan is filling up again. We'll be calling someone else.
