Dave Rich and his team did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation project! In our first meeting with Dave, he had very creative suggestions for making our kitchen more efficient and elegant! We toured his company, the plant floor and met most of the employees, all of whom are very nice, knowledgeable and dedicated. The maple wood used for our cabinets is very good and sturdy and the design very upscale. I organized a kickoff meeting led by Dave and was attended by my other subs. Dave made sure everyone understood their responsibilities and the project timeline. For the most part the install went very smoothly and while there were a few minor issues (and there always are with every major project), Dave made sure that everything was corrected to our satisfaction! After their designer created a functional and beautiful space, the time of installation and quality were above expectations. We were so happy with their work, we asked them to create a bar and was WOWed!

We had our kitchen done first and we loved the way it came out a few years ago. This year we hired U. S. Cabinetworks again to do our master bath cabinets and were so pleased again with the finished product.

Well I didn’t want to get to this moment. But I have to say. As long as you owe Dave money, he will follow up with you. As per my contract, I deserve an alignment to my kitchen. I am chasing Dave for year and a half. If he doesn’t put your phone in the block list, he will answer, commit he will send someone to you for alignment, and will forget about it, and not follow up with you. I mean, my cabinets needs alignment. some of them the paint is chipped, but the impatient customer service I get, and sometime rudeness, is just bad. I feel like the enemy. I left requests and messages in the office too, but I am like a no one. Dave disappointed me big time. I would not recommend. Today Dave threatened my wife that he will block her contact if she will ask to align our cabinets again.

We ordered a Bath Vanity from U. S. Cabinetworks after checking out a number of places unsuccessfully. Dave and Donna listened to what we wanted and gave us a very reasonable delivery date. The price was a little higher then places like Builders Surplus or Home Center Outlet and comparable to The Home Depot. However, the materials used were superior. The Vanity was delivered today on time as promised and the installers were absolutely fantastic. They were truly craftsmen and the product meets all our expectations. It was beautiful and we couldn’t be any happier with the final results. We would strongly recommend this awesome company of craftsmen to anyone seeking a reasonably priced custom Vanity.
