US Carpet & Floors

US Carpet and Floors are outstanding! They were very patient with me as I was trying to get the perfect carpet for our church sanctuary platform. They had excellent selections. Our 1st installer did a botched job (our connection) but US Carpet and Floors ordered additional carpet for us; we used THEIR installers and it is the best carpet work we’ve had done so far. The owner even came out and spent hours to ensure it was being done correctly and to our satisfaction… due to the complexity. They will have all of our future business. I am so excited to work with a company in the community that cares about their work in the community. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Give them your business they won’t let you down!

When it was time for us to hire someone to finish converting the flooring of our new house, we were referred to this company by the manufacturer of material/brand we desired. It was pleasant for us to find out their crew was seasoned workers. The quality of work was quite good , better than the previous company we had. They cleaned up any mess incurred in the process, inside and outside of our house. Their price was reasonable too. We will not hesitate to hire them again.

We spoke to multiple ocompanies including some pretty well known flooring brands to get carpet installed in multiple rooms in our home. In every case we felt that we were not getting value and the quotes were well above our expectations, and accompanied with some pretty hard selling. There was just zero confidence that we were being taken care of. Someone then recommended US Carpet and Floors to us. We went to their outlet and were immediately put at ease by Talha and Yusuf. They took the time to understand our need and our budget and gave us some pretty good options at a significant discount to the better known names. We felt comfortable enough to place the order. They then executed brilliantly on the order, both in terms of quality of work and timeliness. Really happy we went with them

Tried to get a rough estimate on my home carpet project to get my house ready to sell but they refused to give me pricing information for installing. As someone who works in flooring but does not sell carpet, I find it shady that you won’t give potential customers the information needed to make an educated purchase.

We have gone to many stores and this place was by far professional fast and easy. Thank you for the beautiful countertops and backsplash we got done in our kitchen!
