Kevin was amazingly helpful for my insulation project. Kevin walked through the house and attic with me and spent a lot of his valuable time answering my questions. Kevin was also really knowledgeable about the Connecticut energy assistance program and was able to pay for over half of my project through the program. There was a small misunderstanding about the quote but Kevin immediately corrected it and I am 100% satisfied. The installation team also did a thorough job on the install. This was a great quality service and the company is really reputable. I would definitely work with them in the future.

I am very impressed with my gutters from US Insulation Corp. Pat was awesome to deal with and the team made sure everything went smoothly. Pricing is more than fair; work was done efficiently and thoroughly. They made sure it was done right! Highly recommend.

Stay away, stay away. They don’t honor their warranty and don’t return calls. Per my central air and roofing contractors US Insulation used only half the rafter baffles that should be used and just dumped their blown in insulation in effective piles. Real rating zero.

The best customer service in the State of Connecticut! Not only do they return calls the same day, but they make sure they complete their work to your satisfaction. Pat takes the time to respond to all of your questions and concerns. They get the job done right! They did an outstanding job on my gutters!

Called for a quote - Pat took days to call back - rude arrogant and terrible at his job. When he looked at the job i never got a quote called the office- he said he emailed it weeks ago... then the quote came- description said gutter...and a price..no details? emailed back to ask if it was all of them or ??? response was call the office- after leaving 4 messages cause they dont answer the phone..i sent an email telling him i cant believe hes still works there...within 2 minutes if sending that he called and had an attitude.... never ever ever use these guys. if he didnt want the job why not just tell me instead of coming out looking then sending, eventually, a price??? when times are good these companies think they can play this game....the wheel rolls ... today they are on top.
