Unprofessional and a Waste of Time We were contacted by Jeremy Vincent and Ian Ritter from US Lawns, claiming they had about 20 properties they needed us to service for snow removal. After spending over an hour and a half of our time preparing and sending them detailed pricing, they completely stopped responding to our emails. We haven’t heard from them since. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for other businesses’ time and effort. If this is how they treat potential vendors, I can’t imagine how they handle their own clients. Definitely not a company we’d recommend working with.
