US Parking

They lost my car keys (gave it to someone else with the same brand), and even they got licky that the person called to report ot, instead of paying for an Uber to bring the key, they decided to wait 45 min for an employee to show up, take the other person’s key drive there and bring my key back (up to 2 hours waiting for my keys, what could have been reaolved in 30 min. If you call management or the supervisor they tell you is it’s resting day (sunday a valet parking on Beickel!!!!) Sorry I love the restaurant I was at, but if they don’t change the Valet company, I’m not coming back

Very pleased with everything they do and continue to improve at Aria Reserve. I understand it's a new location with many new people, but the service was phenomenal.

HORRIBLE Valet service at Brickell Heights. Never had such horrible service. Worst valet service in Miami. They don't care about anything and will make you pay unvalidated prices for validated parking if you exceded, even by 1 minute, their 3 hr or 15 min rule. They have no empathy, even in extenuating circumstances that are completely out of your hands. They also take forever to bring out cars and are horrible drivers. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sad to see a company not care about its customers or reputation.

Don't use the services of U.S. Parking INC. That's my advice!!!; Call the police every time for an accident report because they promise to fix the damage at first and then don't want to pay for it. SLS Lux Brickell staff damaged my car; after weeks, the manager (Arturo Angulo) turned around and didn't respond. WORST valet parking company ever!!!
