I’ve used this company twice in the past year and couldn’t be happier. They repaired the steeple roof on my old Victorian mansion — a job most roofers wouldn’t touch — and even ordered a custom shingle color to make it “pop.” Mike, one of the owners, was onsite for this “smaller” job, which says a lot about their commitment. This winter, ice dams hit the same house hard. They came out quickly, resolved the issue, and charged a very fair price. Their crew stands out — respectful, skilled, and clearly treated well. Wonderful experience from quote to finished project. Supervisor and foreman always on property. Condo project took 8 days. Property was completely cleaned up at the end of each work day. Crew was very responsive to any issues that arose. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no unexpected charges at end of job. We would strongly recommend US Roofing.

For a number of months, we have had a persistent leak in the slate roof of our 100 year old Marblehead house. We were most impressed when Mike arrived to survey the situation with a drone to pinpoint the actual problem. After several consultations and storms, Mike's crew worked diligently over a two day period to completely open and redo the valley in the slate roof that Mike had determined was the problem. His crew was super efficient and extremely professional, never disturbing even our dog with any excessive noise. Their clean up was more than satisfactory.
