Just had a new metal roof put on by US shingles and metal. Me and my wife were very pleased with all of the US Shingle and Metal employees, starting with the salesman Zack to the delivery driver John. Who were both polite and courteous and very mindful of my house and property. With the installation of the roof, Sean was there every day, making sure that everything was what I wanted, and fixing anything that was wrong. Marlon, who is in charge of the crew, was extra attentive to the job at hand. Was there to answer any questions about the installation and made everything very clear. To Sean and Marlon, thank you for the excellent work on my roof and for going above and beyond my expectations.. We also got the energy saving for the attic, which turned out great. I am very happy with my new metal roof from US Shingle and Metal. From the start, my salesperson, Dustin Hunt, was very thorough and took time to explain different types of roofing materials and the pros and cons of each. We decided to install a metal roof, and the team of installers was fantastic. I was hesitant to take on this project during the last few weeks of October as that timeframe is the end of hurricane season, but during the installation process, the bare roof was never left exposed to the elements overnight. We had a few rainstorms during this project, but because the team was so thorough, we did not have any problems. I would highly recommend US Shingle and Metal, and they will be first on my list to call when other properties of mine need a new roof.

Hurricane Milton did some damage to our roof so this summer we gathered quotes. US Shingle was recommended by friends and I am so glad we got a quote from them. Tommy Thompson, our salesman, recommended Permalock, an aluminum shingle that has a lifetime guaranty! Yes that’s correct - LIFETIME. Their quote for Permalock was the same as the insurance companies “preferred vendor” for asphalt shingles. We have a very unique and challenging roof. But our foreman, Shea, was responsive to every concern we had. Tommy stayed engaged through out the process and was great to work with. Both he and Shea were true to their word that they would not collect the final payment until we were completely satisfied. They were timely, expedient, excellent workmanship, with a nice product. Cleanup was exceptional as was all the follow-up. Very pleased with hiring this company and would highly recommend it

This company has been a pleasure to work with. The workmanship is top notch. They work hard and clean up after the job is done. The price for a metal roof was less than some of the estimates I got for a shingle roof. The foreman, Dan Spitale, was on the job site frequently and was helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong with this company.
