It was an incredible experience the service that US Shutters provided to me. If there is a six star, I would rate it as 6 too. The folks here didn’t just try to sell me their products, they made sure the shutters style are match with my house decorations and walls. Their prices are just unbelievable cheap comparing to other quotes that I received. They worked with my schedule, showed up on time and completed the work fast and no issue. We had an Excellent experience dealing with US Shutter and Blinds. Quality and price are both great. Javier came out and measured and was very knowledgeable about shutters and taught us a lot since we were replacing blinds with shutters for the entire house. They even proactively called us to check our satisfaction and sent a tech out to recaulk a few spots. We will definitely use them again.

I was reffered to US Shutters and Blinds a couple of years ago by my friend who got roller blinds installed by them. I also got roller blinds installed by them about 2 years ago for all the windows of my home. Recently, one of the roller blinds got stuck (can't roll up) recently due to a manufacturing defect. I contacted Sylvia, US Shutters and Blind's customer care representative. Sylvia listened to issue I had with the blind. She is very helpful, and offered complementary technician's visit to my home. Their technician Henry came right at the time of appointment, he also found it as a manufacturing defect. He uninstalled roller blinds, and came back with fixed roller blind 2 days later.
