I just wanted to give a positive shout out to the entire USA Air crew. Service was excellent. Technician Jay was very helpful and supportive of all of my asks. He quickly resolved my issue and educated me on a few tricks to keep my unit working well. Ms Gina, at the office, who I worked with over the phone was as helpful with setting up my fall and spring maintenance at a very reasonable rate. Same organization I worked with to get my unit replaced 3 years ago and same group I will continue to trust with maintaining and servicing my unit. Thanks again USA Air Team!!

USA Air didn’t meet my expectations at all. Communication felt unclear from the beginning, and getting straightforward information about scheduling or pricing was more difficult than it should’ve been. When the technician finally arrived, the work seemed rushed and not as thorough as I expected for the amount I was charged. Overall, the service felt less professional and less reliable than I had hoped.

The installation team did an excellent job with my new HVAC system. They walked me through how to use the thermostat and how to maintain the system properly. The crew was respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up before leaving. The new system has been running flawlessly ever since.
