just had a brand-new Carrier system installed by USA in my Kendall home and I couldn’t be happier! From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was professional, on time, and hassle-free. Father and son team showed up exactly when they said they would, protected my floors, worked cleanly, and took the time to explain the new thermostat and how to get the best efficiency out of the system. My house has never felt this comfortable—even with Miami’s humidity. Price was fair and exactly what was quoted—no surprises.
