Stephanie Tavery the sales person was professiinal, over the top helpful offering several options for different grades of carpet and emailed full quotes same day. She didn't pressure me, was always available throughout the process and a complete. The installers were prompt, moving furniture, installing the pad, carpet and placing the furniture back in place all in one day. Stephanie called to follow up and sent email as well to ensure the Installation was to our satisfaction. She even offered to have a remnant piece made into runners; binding the sides without charge.
