USA Fresh Air Duct Services

$99 IS A SCAM. They charged me $925 to clean all vents (after evaluating) and he put the vacuum on 1 air duct (didn’t even take off the cover), didn’t clean the rest of the air ducts and leaves. Also charging an additional 350+ for the sanitizer and mold killer just to spray over this one dirty air vent. You see the sanitizer spray over the filth. I have him on camera bullshitting 2 hours of work while on his phone texting and scrolling through social media. Yet I had to take my own vacuum after work and clean what I paid him to do. Do not use this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with UnitedFreshAir. They charged me $925 just for looking at the AC unit and barely touching it. They never cleaned the air ducts at all, even though that was the service promised. They also said they would come back to finish the work, but they never returned. Customer service is extremely poor, and communication is unreliable. I feel completely misled and overcharged. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our HVAC was noisy and barely cooling. Turned out the blower motor was failing. They replaced it quickly and also cleaned the evaporator coil. System runs like new now!

I didn’t think duct cleaning would make a big difference—but it absolutely did. The airflow is stronger, and I don’t wake up with a dry throat anymore. It’s made our whole home more comfortable.
